At Sichuan Shen Gong, our manufacturing process begins with high-purity raw Tungsten (W) and Cobalt (Co) powders. Our vertically integrated production line controls every step, starting with Ready-to-Press (RTP) powder formulation, followed by automated uniaxial and isostatic pressing, and ending with vacuum sintering.

Controlling the raw material composition allows us to eliminate defects like porosity, carbon deficiency, and cobalt pooling. These microstructural variations are the primary causes of premature chipping in industrial blades, and preventing them ensures reliable performance in high-stress applications.

Advanced Precision Grinding and Metrology

Sintering produces near-net-shape blanks, which then undergo precision grinding. We use CNC grinders equipped with advanced diamond wheels to achieve dimensional tolerances of ±0.002 mm and surface roughness ratings of Ra 0.05 μm.

To ensure quality, we use laser measurement systems and high-magnification optical comparators to verify the edge geometry of every blade before shipment. This level of quality control ensures that our tools run smoothly and fit correctly, minimizing setup times for operators in Dubai.
